Thank you for shopping at Bitz & Buttons. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Personal care items (if opened)

Clearance or final sale items
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bits-buttons.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
Once your return is approved:

We will provide you with a return shipping address.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit instead.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@bits-buttons.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@bits-buttons.com.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item once it arrives.
