6. Damages or Lost Packages
Bitz & Buttons is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
To help your claim, save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos.
7. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Order Changes
